Eduard Klassen was born in the Paraguayan Chaco. His pursuit of formal musical training brought him to the Paraguay’s capital city Asuncion, where he studied for 5 years.
To date he has performed in over 4000 concerts in 29 countries throughout the world.
His recorded work collects 20 albums so far. Furthermore 3 video recordings released on DVD and a book of memoirs titled The Harpist – A Soulful Journey.
Eduard Klassen currently lives in Stratford, Ontario, Canada. He is married to Christine, with whom he has two sons named Mathias and Sheldon.
