Cultures in the Kitchen

Southeastern Manitoba has seen dynamic changes and growth over the past decade. Not only has Eastman grown in numbers, but also in cultural diversity. In the last ten years approximately 1000 newcomers per year from around the world have made Eastman their home. In addition, every year people from 40 different nationalities arrive in our area to begin a new life in Canada. They bring with them their cultures, skills, talents and delicious ethnic foods.
