“My mother used the word ‘precious’ when she spoke of things she valued and cherished. This is the second book in the ‘Precious Series’. My first book Precious Wild Berries was published in 2011.

Frieda Martens grew up in southern Manitoba. She is presently living in Winnipeg. Frieda learned baking (home ec.) in her mother’s kitchen. Today she enjoys experimenting with different kinds of breads, anything made with yeast.
