Description
Outsiders’ Gaze is a perspective of Mennonites through the eyes of outsiders from 1874-1922 when about 7,000 Mennonites emigrated from southern Russia and settled in the new province of Manitoba. The collection of papers focuses on the west side of the Red River, known as the West Reserve.
